Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–3 business days from our US warehouse. Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Where do you ship from?

All products are fulfilled from our US warehouse. We ship to all 50 states.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know.

Products & Materials

Are the shells real?

Yes! Every piece is made from genuine natural seashells — capiz, conch, and mussel. No plastic, no resin, no artificial materials.

Will my piece look exactly like the photos?

Because we use natural shells, each piece has slight variations in color and pattern. That's what makes it unique! The overall design and quality will match what you see in our photos.

Are the barware items food-safe?

Yes. Our wine glasses, martini glasses, and bottle stoppers use natural shells that are safe for food and beverage contact. The glass bases are food-grade.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please review our full Returns & Exchanges Policy before initiating a return.

How do I initiate a return?

To request a return, please sign in to your account and select the order you'd like to return. If you don't have an account, you can still reach out to us at support@shelletia.com with your order number and reason for return. You can also find the full returns portal on our Returns & Exchanges Policy page.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry about that! Please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
