Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $8.99.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please sign in to your account, find the order you'd like to return, and click Request Return. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to improper use
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the damage
You can submit your request by signing in to your account and requesting a return with the reason "Item is damaged", or by contacting us directly. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
